Middlesex County is the most populous county in the state, and this court handles the highest volume of probate cases anywhere in Massachusetts. Despite Everett being just north of Boston, it is not part of Suffolk County for probate. The county line puts it in Middlesex, so Woburn is where you go.

Free parking is available at the Trade Center complex in Woburn. The drive from Everett takes about 20 minutes via Route 93. There is no direct public transit route from Everett to Woburn, but you can take the Orange Line to North Station and transfer to the Lowell commuter rail line. The Anderson/Woburn stop is near the courthouse. Public terminals inside let you search for cases.

The Middlesex court also operates a location in Lowell for the northern part of the county. Everett residents should use the Woburn office since it handles all Middlesex South towns.
